Single Tenant Retail Development Model
Does anyone have a single tenant retail development model that they can share? I'm helping a buddy of mine on the analytics for a single tenant NNN JV he's attempting to put together. The seller will be contributing the land as his equity basis and my buddy will be putting up the remaining pre-construction costs along with additional equity for loan/acq. fees and such.
If anyone has a simple model they can share it would be greatly appreciated!
