SitusAMC

Does anyone have experience working with SitusAMC? There is a role for a PE group in a location where the PE group doesn’t even have an office, so curious if anyone has experience working in a role like this with them. Have an HR interview coming up and want to make sure I’m asking the right questions. Any information is appreciated, particularly regarding how learning/development works and how correlated the WLB is with the fund you are working with when you aren’t even in the same office.
