SitusAMC Layoffs
Word is that they fired over 25 people Tuesday (2/24/26) from the Commercial Real Estate Asset Management side, a week before paying out bonus. Some of the people had long tenure with Situs and Cohen before that as well are at the Director and Senior VP levels.
The company seems to be scrambling for a few years now and especially after the data breach, which put any sale on hold. Yet those in leadership, CEO and Senior Managing Directors seem to get a pass.
Rumor is that the client team for Argentic lost 6 team members. I feel for those that remain as their work load is about to get insane.
