Slow Burn - Hide the Cheese - Brokerage Job

Currently in the finals for a paid entry level brokerage/business development position with a (CBRE/Colliers/Eastdill) in a major market. They met me -> they liked me -> I expressed an interest in brokerage -> they dinged me and set me up with a business development/associate position on their best industrial team in the country -> they met me -> they liked me -> they said we're going to send you some personality tests we think you'll be a great fit / like your grit -> nothing has come yet -> I followed up once -> I followed up a second time in a diffrent way. Always responded quickly.

*Note I already took a personality test for them for the first job.

Do you think, the personality test is actually my ability to follow up? Don't know if I should pull trig on a third follow up yet. A friend of mine who got a great brokerage offer described similar games they admitted to playing with him while in the hiring process.
