Small Cap Industrial Loans
Any suggestions on the best debt for small ~$5mm-$10mm single tenant NNN industrial deals? My background is in multifamily dealing primarily with agency loans. What are the best options for small industrial? Anything somewhat comparable to agency with non-recourse 30 year debt and decent rates?
