Smaller / LMM Real estate IB firms

Just curious, anyone know a solid list of smaller REIB firms, not doing massive deals but still pretty respectable.

Also i am little confused, are JLL CBRE and other big brokerage firms now having an “IB arm”??

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
