Had 4 rounds there. While they’ve been successful and done about ~60 deals in 5 years, they have a very tough culture. If you are interviewing with them and ask, they will generally tell you that within 5 months of starting at the firm, you’ll know if this place is the right cultural fit for you or not. On LinkedIn you’ll see their turnover historically has been very high. They are trying to weed out those that won’t last in their culture and said to me they learned a lot about hiring over the last few years. I can’t tell you if that makes it any better or easier. In my view, if a shop has a culture where you’ll know isn’t for you in 5 months, it’s probably not worth the risk of going there. Especially if they are a fire quick culture.

The founder is very sharp. They do a lot of opportunistic deals in non-core markets. Recently have made a push to do Opportunity Zone deals.
Thank you
Concur regarding the founder. Good guy as well.
Got it, thanks.
Bump. Very interested in learning more about firm
Anyone seen job postings for this group?
I haven't - I have only seen roles from them via recruiters.
Who have they used in the past?
Bump
Anyone have any insight to culture? On glassdoor there's a single review. Its scathing but does anyone have any direct knowledge either good or bad?

What is it about the culture that makes people know whether or not it is a fit? What was interview process like?
Bump. Would love to know if anyone has any updates on the firm.
