High deal flow. Tough hours. They’ve been able to grow very quickly. It’s the type of place to work where they fully admit you’ll know in 4-6 months if this is the correct place for you. Effectively, this just says we are okay with high turnover.

Sharky co-workers, disingenuous relationships, contentious environment, every man for himself mentality. Alot of burnout and turnover. Comp was around $140. Chief of Staff talked up the position/company on interview than she was out the door 6 months later. You’ll see decent deals and can get experience so it’s not all bad but it comes at a cost. In my opinion there are better ways to develop especially at the associate level.
There was 5 hour case study as part of interview process.
Appreciate this insight. What would you consider rough hours? Also what job were you interviewing for with the 5hr case study? Haven’t found much positive feedback about the firm online so any input as to why that’s the case would be helpful.
