Has anyone heard of this firm? They say they're real estate investment bankers but I'm not sure what the difference is between them and say, CBRE/JLL.Seems like a pretty small team. Does anyone have experience working with them or know their team/deal size/comp?
Small group, know a few people who worked there years ago. I believe they are mostly hospitality based, they have a handful of loyal hotel groups who tend to use them to refi debt, etc.
