Hey Guys, I have an excel case study coming up for a Sr. Analyst role. My modeling skills are decent but I have no idea what will be the expected task for a 90min excel test.
Does anybody has experience or ideas what to expect?

Mostly they have office, retail and living objects which vary in deal structures.
It is a small boutique but with transactions of 1.6B€ in total currently and is also offering debt-advisory etc
Just know how to build an acquisition model for a multifamily property. There are free templates online, can’t remember their names but you can search the forum. Focus on learning the concepts rather than memorizing a template. Look at the template and then try to build your own from scratch
