Don't know anything about them other than they are trying to operate in the LIHTC GP space and that they are hiring. Quoted 150k base plus 30% target bonus by a recruiter for an internal capital markets role(ie leading analysis, negotiations, and closingsfor lihtc equity and agency refinancing) based in Los Angeles which seems low based on the level of experience they are looking for.
I am curious about this. It looks like there is an open associate position for Multi-Family Acquisitions, would that be a new or different business line then their LIHC business?
