From what I’ve heard about development pay, this sounds pretty decent. But if you are looking for numbers, I’d ask for $130-135k base with same bonus structure.
When should I expect to get some carry in deals?
Also, is $20-$25k bump in base every year the standard? Is there a topping out point?
