Starting off RE Acq analyst On-Cycle Recruiting
I am starting as a RE acquisitions analyst at a REPE top 50 fund and was wondering if it is possible to participate in on-cycle recruitment where you can sign on opportunity two years out?
For real estate? Doesn’t really happen. Firms hire on an as needed basis 99% of the time.
