Starwood Capital interview process / thoughts?
Obviously an extremely sought after firm, saw they had an opening for a portfolio management analyst. Saw on an old thread about 2ish years ago that acquisitions get cranked while AM/PM have it a little bit better. Assume this is still true, can anyone comment on this? Also curious if there’s any insight into their interview process, how many rounds, etc. Job posting had NYC and their Greenwich office, so not certain which one you’d land in. Lastly, do they typically use a recruiter, if so any insight? Thanks for any and all info!
