Does anyone have any insights on the starwood property trust SA program at all, from the interviews to the actual program itself? Cannot seem to find much info on this form at all regarding them and their SA program.

Internship program feeds into their rotational program. I believe this yr the internship is NOT rotational because they felt in previous years there simply wasn't enough time for it to be rotational, so interns will stick with one dept. throughout the internship. However, they hire from interns to the rotational program. Was also told most of the higher-ups at the firm currently came from the internship/rotational program which is pretty cool. Firm strongly believes that everyone should try each aspect of the firm to see what they enjoy most and what fits best.
Isn’t this for Starwood capital and not Starwood property trust? Or does this apply to both groups?
