Starwood/LNR Rotational Analyst
This might be a dumb question but does Starwood typically look for recent graduates to fill their rotational analyst positions? Based on the job description I would consider myself well qualified.
Quick background, I am a few years out of undergrad with two years of experience on a top producing appraisal team at a national firm (JLL, CBRE, CW) looking to gain more experience on the finance side and provide myself with more opportunity for growth. Does anyone have any experience with Starwood/LNR or their rotational analyst positions that could provide some insight into their recruiting/hiring process?
Thanks
What exactly is a top producing appraisal team? As in you guys rake in the most fees?
Correct. Figured that would be the best way to describe it. We work on every asset type in a major market and from my understanding are the preferred team for most lenders in the market. We are consistently more busy compared to other teams I have spoken with.
