STNL Valuation Examples
I'm sure that this topic has been addressed before but I was unable to find anything on any of the older threads. I am wondering if there are any good resources out there for STNL (specifically national tenant) property valuations. More specifically, I am wondering if anyone knows where I would be able to find case studies/examples of STNL valuations.
