Stockbridge Capital Real Estate
Hi, I am speaking with someone about a job at Stockbridge Real Estate. I've spoken to a few colleagues and most never heard of them. One told me to avoid. Do you have insight into the firm? There isn't anything online either and I don't want to make a decision based on the above. Thanks.
Very SF and very development focused are my two outdated thoughts from 4 years ago when I was buddies with an associate there. May have changed though... while the "opportunistic" section of their website still looks development heavy, seems like they have some decent deal flow per the core/value-add section of their website. I'd keep an open mind as it's all relative... would it be an improvement to wherever you're at now
The opportunistic fund series has struggled from my understanding, but they've been seeing a lot of success in their core business. Which group are you interviewing with? The core side could be a great opportunity and I've enjoyed everyone I've worked with out of their Chicago and Atlanta offices.
If you are still looking for info, feel free to PM me. I have a really good friend who works in the acquisitions group and I'd be happy to provide some info.
Ignore first comment. They do almost no development. PM me for details on the company - I know them very well...but do not like to speak on companies publicly via forums...
How'd this go? Any update?
