Structured MBA Internships in CRE

With summer internship recruiting cranking-up, I'm looking for suggestions on CRE firms (both investors/developers) that offer formal/structured internships for MBAs.

On the development side, I've only come across a handful of big companies like TS and Brookfield that have a formal internship application w/ hard deadlines and interview superdays (not even Hines). On the investment side, I've only seen mega-funds like Blackstone and KKR.

Any names I'm missing? Want to exhaust all formal routes while also trying with the firms that are more informal and require networking/breaking-in.

Ackman-Ziff also has an internship program for MBAs

"dirtyharry" Related Companies has a formal program. Working in development during an internship is not ideal. Most big projects last 3-4 years+. You want to see some shit so do something where you get to see a lot of different stuff like a debt shop or brokerage firm like HFF. It's been said a thousand times but it's about networking your ass off.

Eh, if you want to work in development, and you have a chance to be a summer development associate for Related, that's not a bad bullet point for the resume by any stretch. More valuable than HFF, IMO.
