Structuring Portfolio DSCR Financing for NRAs With a Restructure

I'm putting together a file on portfolio loan (DSCR) for a non-resident alien with 64 single family rentals in the U.S. The assets are currently held in a series LLC; 1 series per property. They are all located in Cleveland, Ohio. There is also a holding LLC above (WY). There are 2 LLC members in HoldCo, both NRAs. The borrower wants to combine the refinance with a restructure (LLP for tax purposes), which is going to potentially create a seasoning issue with change of title. Does anyone have any ideas on how to effect a restructure without having a negative impact on the loan app?
