Successful Mixed Programs on Urban Sites
What type of programs/uses have you guys and gals seen integrated in projects with successful outcomes? Think of synergies, an X factor, who knows...
I'm not referring to the 100 acre master planned PD with ground retail everywhere and apartments/office on top, but the 2-4 acre blocks just on the fringe of downtown.
I worked at a shop that was doing two buildings with a central courtyard--one being office and the other condos, with shared amenity space and fitness center.
Curious about any out of the box stuff you all have seen pulled off.
