Survey - Opportunistic JV Splits & Fees- What is everyone seeing?
Raising an opportunistic fund and playing with fee and split structure. Thinking 8-10% pref and 80/20 split or 10% pref followed by 70/30 split. Fees on NAV or equity raised. Or if we are solving for a conservative 15% After Fee IRR. Think we can do a 8% / 12% (80/20) / 15% (70/30) / Split 60/40.
