Not sure why you'd be dealing with receptionists or customer services if you have already employed them, you should have direct contact with the surveyors themselves.
We acquire buildings in practically every primary, secondary, and tertiary market in the Sunbelt and Midwest. We normally have whoever did the previous survey just update it because it is significantly quicker. This leads to us using a different surveyor for pretty much every deal.
