Hey guys- was wondering if anyone had a list of technical questions that one might expect to be asked during a CRE interview. I have seen some IB questions but curious what kind of technical questions might be asked during an interview for an analyst position of some sort.

Oh yeah and walk me through how to find IRR if income is 10 and 10 and 10. Also walk me through how to find cap rate
