How much impact do you notice for using VR technology in real estate. I am looking help choose VR equipment. What has been your experience.

I don't know of anyone using VR.
I also have not seen anyone in commercial real estate using VR.
If anything, I would imagine VR would be much more applicable to residential buyers, as it would allow end-users to envision their potential living space. I don't see much use in commercial real estate, as investors care much more about financials, and most tenants will have the space built out to their specs anyway.
I, I guess I could see a use for, like, architectural firms that work with commercial building owners for space planning. Could possibly be a useful function if you want to avoid building a spec suite for your office building but want to be able to show a prospective tenant what the space could look like.
