Public industrial REIT so junior pay probably isn't the greatest.
They're prolific acquirers of real estate in NY/NJ which is impressive as it is a challenging market.
Great place to cut your teeth for a few years.
Saw that they paid associate a 155k base in san fran office, what is the NY comp like ?
They've outbid us recently and I never understood their platform. Do they have some sort of 3PL horizontal that they lease their buildings to?
Buy all cash no leverage... hold for a long time - not super exciting but they do what they do well.
This info could be dated but I didn’t know they had meaningful boots on the ground in NY/NJ. Most of the acquisitions folks I’ve dealt with there were at corporate HQ and flew to NY/NJ on a pretty regular basis.
