Had a great interview last Tues (6 days ago), and the interviewer immediately notified me that I would be progressing to speak with another member of the team. Because of this, I didn't send him a thank you email, but thinking back, I probably should have since he is one of the group's co-heads / eventual decision makers. Is it too late to send one now? Am I overthinking this? Thanks.
