anyone know where to find a pdf of this book? saw a couple of people on here recommend it and it sounds good. maybe i should just buy it, but i will leave that as the last resort.

Just buy it. This book, Real Estate Finance and Investments by Linneman, and Real Estate Finance and Investment by Bruggeman were suggested in my MBA program and I still use them for resources.
