Curious if anyone has an informed opinion of this firm, specifically their west coast operations. I know they very recently purchased Malden Station in Fullerton (2016 Lennar-built 200 unit Class A mixed use development), but I'm not very familiar with their reputation, culture, etc. Appreciate the insight as always.
