Anyone got insights to The Scion Group in Chicago? Culture? Deal Flow? Thoughts on the student housing market? I know they're a #5 owner in the student housing space. Looks like an interesting company that managed to acquire a lot of beds in the past couple years. Would appreciate any observations you may have.
