Third-Party Operating Agreements

Looking for third-party property management agreement templates for office, retail, industrial, and multi-family property types. Ideally for institutional-quality product.

Obviously can be redacted for anonymity and/or template agreements. I’m trying to pull operator-friendly terms as we structure our own agreements.

I understand that attorneys will also have these, but curious to see what WSO has to offer. Thanks in advance for the help!
