Thought on Advenir (Multifamily/SFR Shop) Miami FL
My parents invested in their latest offering. They seem legit and they have been in the business for a while compared to other shops.

Nothing super notable comes to mind to mention. I don't have as much context as my bosses would, but here are my observations.
Oh man this hits close to home. They ask a ridiculous amount of underwriting questions and then go dark when it comes to bid time. Have never done anything with them and haven’t even been remotely close. They are notorious in our shop.
