Anyone know anything about the reputation/exit opps of the Allen Morris Company.
Seen some of the projects their ATL office is doing with Star Metals and a few of their projects in Florida.
I have heard very little about them so I would like to know if anybody had any insight.

I happen to know a bit about the firm because I interviewed with them. It's a generational high net worth family-run business. They have done some very impressive projects, particularly building their HQ in Coral Gables which is a fantastic building. They have traditionally been a one-off deal/JV strategic partner type of shop, but they are transitioning to a more institutional player.
So you would you say they are a big name in South Florida?
I don't know enough about the S FL market to answer that - but they seem to have a solid reputation
Any updated thoughts on this company. What do people think of this company in 2022?
Reputable shop in the markets where they invest. Can't speak to the culture but good group of people. Not a huge organization so they pick their spots and are most active in office and residential development.
