Thoughts on Colliers
Hi everyone, I was wondering how people perceive Colliers?? They seem like a decent size but not sure how they compare to their competitors or industry in general. Any insight is appreciated.
What division are you referring to? They are a fairly large publicly traded company.
Not sure. They just reached out for a junior property analyst role.
Colliers is very decentralized. Some of their teams are top notch, and some are not. They even have an IB platform in some places. But like I said, it really depends on who’s leading the team you’re recruiting for.
I think in general they are perceived as competent, but a notch below JLL and CBRE.
In my market they are well below CBRE, JLL, and NMK.
