Curious for perspective on a potential role in the finance and planning group and a mixed use developer that works on large scale projects in major markets. Position is not a development role but seemingly works closely with the development team and provides analysis for deals throughout the development life cycle. Curious if anyone has experience or perspective on a role of this nature and the type of exposure it would offer as well as exit opps.
