Thoughts on SAB Capital?
Hi - wanted to ask the community about SAB Capital as I haven't seen much about them on the forum recently. Wanted to ask what other's general thoughts and the reputation of the brokerage firm.
From what I could find, they are a leading boutique net lease brokerage firm based in NYC but do plenty of deals nationally. The team is led by MDs who left Marcus and Millichap in 2019 and was a nationally recognized team in net lease. How do people view the team nowadays? Are They still considered a leader in net lease sector in major markets? For someone fresh out of college and just starting their career in CRE, would it be somewhere they can learn a lot quickly and get experience with underwriting the deals that are coming in or am I mostly focused on cold calling?
