Thoughts on SAB Capital?

Hi - wanted to ask the community about SAB Capital as I haven't seen much about them on the forum recently. Wanted to ask what other's general thoughts and the reputation of the brokerage firm. 

 For someone fresh out of college and just starting their career in CRE, would it be somewhere they can learn a lot quickly and get experience with underwriting the deals that are coming in or am I mostly focused on cold calling?
