Tishman ECM group

Does anyone know about Tishman's equity capital market group? It seems more similar to a business development role based on the JD but the HR told me the job also involves modeling ( excel & Argus). But I know it's definitely not an acquisition role. It will be great if someone can share insights on this group.

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
