I know RE titles don't matter all that much. However, I'm an intern but my offical job title is "senior analyst" (i've been there 3 months lol) anyway, would it be cringey to just put "analyst" on my resume, I think it would be but asking anyway.

Why not "summer analyst"? Seems standard to me.
I guess that could work, but I’m still interning there. By next summer I should have about a years worth of experience. That’s why I’m asking if I should put analyst and not something like intern.
Ah I understand. Honestly, titles in RE are fickle so I don't think people would slight you for putting "analyst" as your title. My friend who works in CF had the title of analyst when he was interning and I think he had something like "investment analyst intern" or something like it on his resume. Don't overthink it.
Call yourself whatever you want, chappie
You can always just annotate with "internship" in some format like:
Senior Analyst - Internship
Internship - Senior Analyst
I mean, it's a little odd, but I think people will understand, or just go with intern if you are afraid of misleading
How about: Senior Internship Analyst ... or Experienced Holiday Worker
