You can state the range you are seeing on going-in and stabilized DYs for any asset class in any market.

For example:

Asset Class - Multifamily Market - NYC/NJ Strategy - Repositioning Going-In - 4.75% Stabilized - 8.25%

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
