Top BTR Brokers - Northmarq, Berkadia, JLL
Anyone familiar with investment sales teams / offices at one of these shops, specifically that focus more on BTR vs solely on traditional multi? Ideally would like to work on a team that has deal flow in both asset types. From my research, it seems like these are the primary brokers in the BTR space but interested to hear of any others
