HFF and Eastdil are both solid in DC.
NKF got a hotel guy from Eastdil in DC named Miles Spencer. The guy is a hitter.
MAC Realty Advisors has a strong residential track record/resume.
Phillips Realty Capital is another group in DC.
Greenwich Group is also another boutique shop that I believe is based out there. They seem like sharp folks not sure about deal flow though as of late.
