Torchlight Investors?

Does anyone have experience with Torchlight investors? Found a old thread but it's from some time ago so wanted to restart the discussion. Seems like they mostly do private debt investments and are an active B-piece buyer. Would appreciate any info on comp, hours, culture, etc? Also how does everyone feel about working for a b-piece player in this market.

Know a bunch of ppl there, it is a solid shop with generally smart and generally nice people (a few exceptions). Hours-wise it probably averages around a 60 hr week with the comp reflecting this. I think their latest fundraise was a bit of a struggle but is probably more down to the macro environment than a reflection of them.
