Spend some time looking around UrbanToronto and you'll pick up on the major players. If your firm has access to Urbanation or a similar source you can export a database of builders and sort by various project sizes to determine who the biggest developers are

Second that, UrbanToronto does have good info on players. You can even try drilling into brokerage platforms on projects/development names, tons of developers on database

Are you trying tab into the space or perform research/DD on the market? (Would be great if you can explain what you are trying to accomplish) Toronto have quite some shops on the residential development market. Condo is quite a market driven product there.
