Could anyone provide insight on base + bonus for real estate investments comp at the pension funds in Toronto for Analyst, Associate and VP positions. I understand comp may vary but any insight on OTPP, CPP, Oxford, etc would be great. Thanks in advance!

I saw KingSett posting for Associate Director at $140k base which seems very low given relatively sweaty shop.
At traditional tier-I banks AD comp is about $160k + 40-70% bonus with some deferred.
Would love to hear more buy side VP / Director comps.
