Anyone know anything about this consulting firm? Seems like their job posting for a Commercial Real Estate Analyst pops up every 6 or so months. Glassdoor reviews seems like it's a sweatshop.
They have a satellite office in India = sweatshop. On their website they take pride in clients' ability to call them at 7 pm and being able to get them on the phone because they're still working = sweatshop.
Yeah skeptical.
Seems like they do mainly CMBS stuff. Looks like most guys exited only to CMBS at a BB. Definitely not what I want.

I have worked with Townhouse Partners in the past and they are a very competent group. I cannot speak to the culture there but their quality of work is top-notch. They advise BBs and middle-market/family office investors.
Third part diligence group like Situs or Spring11 but with a CMBS focus, typically origination and securitization support, not much B piece work I’m aware of.
Ditto. People outsource their underwriting/due diligence work to them. I'd put them well below Situs. From what I hear, be prepared to get worked like a dog. It's good experience, but better if you can get it somewhere else if possible.
