Trammell Crow Residential: Development Analyst

Have a job interview on Friday for this position. One of their west coast offices. What should I expect in terms of 1) comp (ability/ timeline until I make carry) 2) culture 3) hours 4) rep

Thank ya

The west coast division had a major layoff recently due to budget, so the work load is very heavy on the current employees. Most of the mid-level employees were let go, so there are a lot of executives handing out work. Expect to work long hours as analysts get requests from most everyone on the team (you won't have just one "boss"). Comp is fairly decent for this position but definitely below $90k.

TCR is a solid company in terms of rep. You work with them and it will certainly be a differentiator for your next career move. Expect comp to be in the $60k-$65k range if you have no other non-internship experience. I can't speak to workload and culture but I've worked with and for a few people who have gone through TCR and they are all solid people who had positive experiences. You wont likely get direct deal participation/carry until VP level but your compensation should include a performance bonus. Hope this helps!
