Transaction Management
Anyone have any insight on Transaction Management with a JLL/CBRE/CW type firm? I understand you get a corporate account and handle all transactions.
Is this a dead end? Any exit ops?

I don't see why your options would be limited. Probably swing any role out of it (within reason) depending on your networking and what you did beforehand/during.
Thought maybe would get pegged as a “Corporate RE” guy.
I had a buddy do it then go to a REIT. The nice thing about RE is that you don't have to get silo'd so long as you make an effort.
How did he spin that off?
From what I see, the TM teams handle lease renewals any dispositions or acquisitions. I guess this is an interesting gig depending on the corporate account you get. A google or amazon account vs some insurance company the former I assume would be much more appealing.
