Transaction Management JLL
Saw a posting and got curious as to what a transaction management analyst at JLL actually does. Is this a good position or is it more on the outskirts for some one looking for acquisitions/AM roles?

Career Resources
I use to work with these folks back in the day when I was in transactions in Corp RE.
Most corporations hire JLL/CW/CBRE to act as a consultant for their RE portfolio. Depends on the client and whether they own their own RE or just leased portfolio. Find out the client. Amazon works with JLL and that is obviously a top client as they acquire and not just lease. If your client is some insurance company who just has leased office space then not the best role but not terrible.
Whats the day to day? Mainly performing “stay or go” analysis, lease/acquisition/disposition analysis, workspace feasibility studies, market reports, etc.
