Can't speak to Berkadia but if this is a transaction manager of loans, then I'd say maybe $90k tops. Slightly higher in HCOL markets but this role is not production related. It may come off like it, but I worked in an agency debt office with transaction managers just like the JD and they only got involved for assumptions or defeasance. Idk what you are looking for in your career right now, but given this is a remote opportunity, I can confidently say if you are the deal type, you will not like this role at all.

Titles are weird in real estate. There are transaction managers who are very much underwriters at Berkadia but this role makes it seems that you are not an originator or an underwriter, so somewhere in between? Didn't even know such a thing existed. And this can easily be an "associate" role at another shop. A manager title is fine but the key thing here is if you would be paid like a manager (VP) or an associate? Curious to hear what people who work there have to say about such a role.
