Transferring to another office within the same firm
Not familiar with the process by any means, looking to eventually transfer from a firms East coast office to their west coast location. For those who have done it/know about the process (obviously it differs per firm) do you have to re-interview on a much less intense manner, or can you oftentimes just transfer if a position opens up? I’d look to do the same role I’m currently doing just in a different location due to personal matters. Not too sure what to expect in general.
